2 Pounds!

At 6 weeks old (35 weeks corrected) Paige is finally up to 2 pounds. Her pooping issues are resolved and the doctor jokes that she goes like a man. They are challenging her breathing by weaning down the flow on her nasal canula. Just a couple of weeks ago she was at 5.5 flow and today she was moved down to 3. Once she can get down to 2 she can start to bottle feed. We are hoping that will be by next week. All in all, things are going well. This little girl is a true miracle and we are so proud of her.

Hi Melanie! It's Ida (ilim3) from BCC boards. I've been thinking of you these last few weeks and am glad that you have updated on Paige. She is such a miracle baby and getting so big! You look great! We miss you on the boards and I'm sure the gals would be very happy if you had time to update there. Many of them have given birth and the rest of them are getting close.
